303 Legget Drive, Unit 102 was a lease renewal with a Tenant who first leased the unit with James’s services nearly 10 years ago. James represented the Tenant for the renewal. Sharon Etmanskie was the leasing officer for KRP Properties.

5229 Farran’s Point Road in Ingleside was sold. This warehouse of about 54,000 square feet was sold for the second time with James as broker at full price. Philip Zunder of Decathlon Commercial Realty acted for the buyer.

1083 and 1095 Merivale Road May 15, 2021

1083 and 1095 Merivale Road, a substantial sale of two buildings used as long-term care homes were sold to a buyer James has dealt with on a number of occasions successfully. James acted for the buyer in what became a complicated share/hybrid agreement. Raffaele Guggliameli of Marcus and Millichap acted for the seller.

1211 River Road is now a firm sale of 88 acres of agricultural lad backing onto Rideau Forest Estate. James Palmer and Jim Cooper of Englels and Voegel were the listing agents and acted for both the buyer and the seller.

In March 2021, James helped the seller of a commercial office condo at 21 Antares in The Rideau Heights Business Park close its sale. The property saw two offers but Joanne Lefebvre of Royal Lepage Team Realty was successful in helping her buyer obtain the property. James represented the Seller for this cash sale.

338 Montreal Road in Vanier March 1, 2021

In March 2021, James helped a local Charitable group buy a commercial condo unit of about 4100 square feet at 338 Montreal Road in Vanier which it will be using as a healthcare facility. James represented the charity and Philip Zunder of Decathlon Commercial Realty was the realtor representing the Seller.
