The mandate letter requires him to search out and show you all of the properties which could be a match for you, and requires you, in exchange, to deal with him exclusively.

- Large buildings for churches and schools.
- Small office buildings and strip plazas with spaces to occupy by doctors.
- Small commercial buildings and commercially zoned houses central – Sandy Hill, Centretown, Downtown Business District up to 1.5 million dollars.
- Industrial/office condos anywhere.
Tenants:
- 25000 square feet of warehouse to buy within 45 minutes of Parliament Hill.
- Small spaces -700-2000 square feet central – Hintonburg, Westboro office and industrial.
