In July 2019 James helped a world charity sublease its offices at 223 Colonnade Road South. James acted as the listing broker. Craig Dow of Royal Lepage Performance Realty represented the tenant.

In June 2019 James helped the owners of The Peach Garden Restaurant sell their property at 273 Montreal Road. Zoning allowed a church and that is how it sold with the aid of a Toronto broker from James’s network.

In July, Re/Max Hallmark moved into its new expanded space at 700 Eagleson Road assisted by James as the leasing broker. Brent Taylor of BrentCom Realty acted for the Landlord.

In July, the sale of Peach Tree Restaurant at 273 Montreal Road closed with a sale to a church, Free Believers in Christ Fellowship International. James was the listing broker, assisted in the sale by Travis Gordon when on holidays. The selling broker was from out-of-town.

In April 2019, James, assisted by Travis Gordon in his office, while James was on holidays, firmed up the sale of a small office building at 315 St. Laurent Boulevard to a group that funds native businesses. This was the second time that James had worked with the buyer. Steve Piercey and Nick Hannah from CBRE acted for the seller.
2684 Fenton Road April 4, 2019
In April the sale of a warehouse at 2684 Fenton Road closed. James was the listing broker. Greg Jarvis of Coldwell Banker was the selling agent for a large plastics manufacturer.
275 Bay Street February 13, 2019
In February 2019, the final two office spaces not occupied by Ottawa Riverkeeper at 275 Bay Street were leased by an agricultural supply business. James acted for the Landlord and Omar Hassen of Re/Max Core acted for the Tenant.

In January 2019, James helped conclude the sale of a mixed-use building at 279 Montreal Road in Vanier. James acted for the sellers. Al Abraham of Coldwell Banker acted for the buyers who have been renovating the building.
