As of May 15, more than 50% of the sales of the condo units at 200 Vanguard are sold firm.

In April 2015 a number of sales were firmed up at 200 Vanguard and the owners and buyers entered conditional sales of 5 more units putting the number of sold or conditionally sold units to 60%. Cooperating brokers were Donna Sun of Royal Lepage, Peter Sagos of Sutton Group, and Greg Hamre of Re/Max Metro-city. Construction is slated for June of this year.

In January 2015, the remaining ground floor space at 267 Richmond Road has been leased to Capital Pro Tax Consultants. Jason MacDonald of Royal Lepage Team Realty acted for the tenant.

When Heenan Blaikie, law firm of recent Liberal prime ministers, dissolved in the spring of 2014, it was James Palmer, acting confidentially, who helped a new break- away named Power Law find a landlord who took them on as tenants in swing space until they could move into their newly designed premises as of November 2014.
