3450 Frank Kenny Road November 10, 2016

In November, a lease done with Hydro One years ago was converted to a sale at 3450 Frank Kenny Road as provided for in the lease James arranged between the tenant- now buyer- and the landlord now a seller.

250 City Centre October 30, 2016

In October 3800 square feet of warehousing was leased to Britannia Backyards Edibles, an urban farm that specializes in selling fresh herbs and vegetables to specialty restaurants and stores. The space at 250 City Centre is managed by District Realty. James represented the tenant.

1041 Gladstone October 20, 2016

In October 2016, the sale of 1041 Gladstone closed. James represented the seller, Amtech, and Jeff Daniels of Royal Lepage represented the buyer, a financial services company.

2650 Queensview Drive October 1, 2016

An old customer, Kalimo Wellness Centre renewed its lease and expanded its premises at 2650 Queensview Drive with Metcalfe Realty using James’s services.

1716 Calabogie Road September 10, 2016

A private buyer bought a large section of downtown in the Hamlet of Burnstown using James’s services. The property at 1716 Calabogie Road offers a large lot for a Farmer’s Market and chip stand, and a building, which is being remodelled to offer a boutique and coffee shop with an ice cream store, in addition to the second floor residential apartment. The property was listed with John O’Neil at Royal Lepage Team Realty.

235 Michael Cowpland Drive September 1, 2016

Silent Circle, a high-tech firm, which develops and offers high-security cell phone services to its clients leased space at 235 Michael Cowpland Drive in Kanata. James acted for Silent Circle. Aron Chaney of K/W Solid Rock Realty represented the Landlord.

130 Albert Street August 1, 2016

The Canadian Seed Trade Association has leased space at 130 Albert Street using James Palmer as its broker exclusively. The landlord’s rep was Mike Shore for Metcalfe Realty.

200 Vanguard Drive April 12, 2016

As of April 12, 2016 all the units at 200 Vanguard Drive are sold. The project was previously listed with a competing brokerage, with no concluded sales. James working with Travis Gordon and increased marketing coverage through MLS with the help of many co-operating brokers were able to get the job done.
