In April, Ottawa Riverkeeper expanded the space it had leased through James to add one more executive office. Only 819 square feet is now left on the third floor of 275 Bay Street.

Silver Seven, a commercial condo project in Kanata is now in its second phase. James Palmer with Travis Gordon sold out all the units they were assigned to sell in the first phase and now have 5 firm or conditional sales in the second phase.

In April, a local charity bought 216 Murray street in the Market. James represented the buyer. Joe Oneid of Royal Lepage acted for the seller.

The owner of Somerset expanding his business and needing more space then leased half a floor at 80 Aberdeen. Lindsay Hockey of Avison Young was the listing broker and James represented the tenant.

In March James listed small building for lease at 1043 Somerset West. It was leased with the help of Johny Hunt at Capital Home Realty.
