Suite 206 at 1355 Wellington Street was leased to 1-800-NewRoof Canada. James acted for the Tenant and John Zagerman acted for the seller. Coincidentally, James had helped sell the building to the Landlord some years earlier.

765 Montreal Road was sold as a development project to a local charity. James represented both buyer and seller.
