200 Vanguard April 30, 2015

In April 2015 a number of sales were firmed up at 200 Vanguard and the owners and buyers entered conditional sales of 5 more units putting the number of sold or conditionally sold units to 60%. Cooperating brokers were Donna Sun of Royal Lepage, Peter Sagos of Sutton Group, and Greg Hamre of Re/Max Metro-city. Construction is slated for June of this year.

2038 Robertson Road sold for the previous owner by James Palmer, was leased by James for the new owner in April 2015 to Signature Fireplaces.
