From August 2014 to the present James Palmer has been working with his partner, Travis Gordon, and administrator, Janet Kooiman on the sale of 22 individual retail, personal service, medical and office condominiums at 200 Vanguard Drive in Orleans near Innes Road and the 10th Line.
