In December 2010, James Palmer helped a numbered company sell its commercial condo at 1010 Polytek, Unit 21 to a software company. Julie  Serrie-Matthews represented the buyer.

In December 2010 The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society leased new Ottawa offices at 116 Albert Street. James Palmer acted for the society, and Mike Shore represented the landlord, Metcalfe Realty.

Stealth Building at 303 Terry Fox Drive December 10, 2010

Ground floor space in the Stealth Building at 303 Terry Fox Drive was leased to Aprel Laboratories in December 2010. James Palmer represented Aprel. Linda Sprung of Kanata Research Park represented the landlord.
